All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Note: During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is currently not available.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
